Focus: You are not broken, in fact you are more powerful than you realize! The philosophies which support The Monarch Method™ are based on the concept you are wired for well-being and that what drives all of your thought, feelings, and behaviors is your core beliefs - I call this the CATALYST FACTOR because your beliefs are the catalyst for your entire experience of your self and life.
