How Do I Escape?

How often do you think, “OMG, if I don’t get out of this, I’m gonna go crazy!” It’s not as big a deal when those types of thoughts are short-lived. The big deal arises when you spend more time hatching a plan to escape than not.

What percentage of adults feel:


The fleeting thoughts of escape are normal, part of the human survival code. When you remain stuck in situations that don’t serve or support you, that’s when dis-ease and dis-harmony sets in. When something is out of balance in one are of your life, it effects every area of your life – mind, body, emotions, spirit.


So, what’s the solution? First, you cannot think your way out of something you felt your way into. In other words, the solution must come from your heart. What feels good to you? What feels like the right thing to do for yourself? What is your spirit calling you to do?


The pathway forward is paved with the wisdom and knowing already within you.
