I Think I Can...
“Whether you think you can or you think you can’t – either way you’re right.” (Henry Ford) It took me a few minutes when I first heard this quote years ago to figure out just what it meant. Basically, your thoughts and feelings become the energy that propels you forward or…keeps you stuck!
You are capable of so much more than you give yourself credit for. In fact, you are more powerful than you realize. Because you are creating internal energy every moment with your thoughts, feelings and behavior, it’s essential you use this energy to support yourself and your goals.
If you’re struggling with something, simply create an image in your mind’s eye of doing it well. Generate the thoughts and feelings around this struggle that move you toward success and every time you slip back into self admonishment or self doubt, replace those thoughts with your new messages of ‘you can’ and in no time, you will!
