Making Traditions

There’s lots of discussion these days around the origin of our holidays – why they began and how they’re celebrated. I wonder how much of what took place centuries ago is relevant to who we are today? Our race, ethnicity, culture, families and our lives are in the present, the singular most important place from which to thrive.

All our power exists in the present, in each moment moving forward. The reasons we choose to celebrate are best focused on who we are today – our values, priorities, morals and our lifestyle choices.

So, make these holidays, every holiday in fact, your own. Honor what’s important and special to you and your loved ones. Celebrate with Grace.

With Grace, Kimble
