What Should I say?

In an era when pathways for communication have reached critical mass, where we’ve gone from a lack of communication to an overabundance of communication, what’s being said matters. It’s become too easy to hide behind our screens where we are detached from the impact of our words. While the thousands of words of wisdom and kindness spoken by many are positively influencing our lives, the careless words put out there are often even more impactful than the words of wisdom – these are words that wound. I am reminded of this every time I access the internet, partake in social media or turn on the television.

The things we say (and even think) become energy and that energy has a resounding impact on ourselves, the people around us, and even the world. Remember, everything is energy and every time words that wound are put out there, it not only lowers the vibration within and around us, it causes undue (and unseen) harm to others.

So, when you decide to speak, choose your words wisely, say things that are meaningful to you and say them in such a way that it rises the vibration within and around you, offering guidance with compassion and beneficial intent. This includes the things you say to and about yourself – speak the language of self-honor and create grace for yourself and others from the inside-out.

Love & Spirit, Kimble
